About this truth or dare wheel
The truth or dare wheel takes the arguing out of whose turn it is and what they have to do. The starting wheel balances truth and dare evenly, with a double dare and a single pass to keep things moving.
Replace the generic segments with your own written truths and dares for a much better game. Paste them in as a list and the wheel rebuilds itself. Keeping one Pass on the wheel is worth doing — it gives anyone an easy out without having to ask for one.
Press Present for a fullscreen wheel, which works far better on a TV or a laptop passed around a table.
How to use this wheel
- Review the 6 starter choices below. Rename, disable or replace any that do not fit.
- Keep Random mode to allow repeat winners, or choose No Repeats in Wheel Settings.
- Click the wheel to spin. The result saves locally before it appears.
- Export results as CSV, or share a link to send someone their own copy.
Customize your odds
Each starter entry has weight 1. Turn on Weights & colors to adjust its chance. An entry’s probability is its weight divided by the total weight of the eligible choices. Learn how weighted odds work.
Changing a color or spin speed does not change the winner. Read the selection rules.

Questions about the truth or dare wheel
How do I add my own truths and dares?
Paste them into the choices list, one per line. Each becomes its own segment, so the wheel picks the actual dare rather than just the category.
Can I make dares more likely than truths?
Yes. Either add more dare segments, or turn on Weights and colors and give Dare a bigger share. The odds appear next to each choice.
How do I stop one person being picked repeatedly?
Build a second wheel with everyone’s names and set it to Fair Round, which gives each person a turn before anyone repeats.
Is this suitable for younger players?
The starting wheel is deliberately generic. Whatever you write into it is what the wheel will pick, so set the content to match the group.
