About this coin flip wheel
A coin flip settles a two-way decision in about a second, and this one does not roll under the sofa. Heads and tails each take exactly half the wheel and each spin is independent of the last.
A real coin is very slightly biased by its own weight and how it is thrown. This wheel is not: the result comes from your browser’s cryptographic random number source, so the odds are exactly even every time.
If two options are not enough, just add more choices — the wheel divides itself evenly however many you add.
How to use this wheel
- Review the 2 starter choices below. Rename, disable or replace any that do not fit.
- Keep Random mode to allow repeat winners, or choose No Repeats in Wheel Settings.
- Click the wheel to spin. The result saves locally before it appears.
- Export results as CSV, or share a link to send someone their own copy.
Customize your odds
Each starter entry has weight 1. Turn on Weights & colors to adjust its chance. An entry’s probability is its weight divided by the total weight of the eligible choices. Learn how weighted odds work.
Changing a color or spin speed does not change the winner. Read the selection rules.

Questions about the coin flip wheel
Are the odds really fifty-fifty?
Each spin asks your browser’s secure random number source for a result, and every eligible choice has the same chance when its weight is equal. Custom weights change those odds. The animation is drawn after the winner has already been chosen and saved.
Can I flip several times in a row?
Yes. Stay in Random mode and keep spinning; every flip is independent, and each result is added to the results list.
Can I use my own labels instead of heads and tails?
Yes. Rename the two segments to the actual options you are deciding between and the wheel works exactly the same way.
Does a longer spin change the result?
No. The winner is chosen and saved before the animation begins, so spin duration is presentation only.
