About this yes or no wheel
A yes or no wheel settles the small decisions that do not deserve another ten minutes of thought. Two segments, one spin, equal odds each way. The result comes from your browser’s secure random number generator, not from how hard you click or how long the wheel spins.
If a straight coin flip feels too blunt, add a third choice. Ask again later, Probably, and Definitely not all work well, and every choice you add keeps an equal share of the wheel — or set weights to make one answer genuinely more likely than another.
The wheel saves to this device as you edit it, so your version is waiting the next time you need it. No account needed. Export or share explicitly to give someone a copy.
How to use this wheel
- Review the 2 starter choices below. Rename, disable or replace any that do not fit.
- Keep Random mode to allow repeat winners, or choose No Repeats in Wheel Settings.
- Click the wheel to spin. The result saves locally before it appears.
- Export results as CSV, or share a link to send someone their own copy.
Customize your odds
Each starter entry has weight 1. Turn on Weights & colors to adjust its chance. An entry’s probability is its weight divided by the total weight of the eligible choices. Learn how weighted odds work.
Changing a color or spin speed does not change the winner. Read the selection rules.

Questions about the yes or no wheel
Is the yes or no wheel really random?
Each spin asks your browser’s secure random number source for a result, and every eligible choice has the same chance when its weight is equal. Custom weights change those odds. The animation is drawn after the winner has already been chosen and saved.
Can I make yes more likely than no?
Yes. Turn on Weights and colors in the choices list and give Yes a larger weight. An entry with weight 3 against weight 1 has three times the chance on each draw; short-run results can vary.
Can I add a maybe option?
Yes. Type it into the choices list and it becomes a third segment. You can add as many alternatives as you like, up to five thousand.
Does this work offline?
An already loaded wheel can run in your browser without uploading choices. Reloading or opening a new page may still need an internet connection; there is no offline-install guarantee.
