About this classroom warm-up wheel

A short warm-up gives a class a shared starting point. These prompts focus on recall, explanation, and curiosity rather than a particular curriculum. Supply the actual topic or example after the wheel selects the activity format.

Choose an appropriate time limit and offer a written, spoken, or drawn response where useful. Disable formats that do not fit the lesson or your learners before spinning. No Repeats provides variety across a sequence of lessons without asking students to perform on demand.

How to use this wheel

  1. Review the 8 starter choices below. Rename, disable or replace any that do not fit.
  2. Start a new round to make the choices eligible. Each winner sits out for the rest of the round.
  3. Click the wheel to spin. The result saves locally before it appears.
  4. Export results as CSV, or share a link to send someone their own copy.

Customize your odds

Each starter entry has weight 1. Turn on Weights & colors to adjust its chance. An entry’s probability is its weight divided by the total weight of the eligible choices. Learn how weighted odds work.

Changing a color or spin speed does not change the winner. Read the selection rules.
