About this presentation order picker

Choosing presentation order at random can make the process clear to everyone. Replace these sample group labels with your actual presenters before starting. Fair Round holds each selected entry out until all eligible entries have had a turn.

Spin once per position and read the results in draw order to build the schedule. Check any required accommodations or timing constraints before enabling entries. The wheel selects an order; it does not allocate presentation lengths or notify participants.

How to use this wheel

  1. Review the 6 starter choices below. Rename, disable or replace any that do not fit.
  2. Start a new round to make the choices eligible. Each winner sits out for the rest of the round.
  3. Click the wheel to spin. The result saves locally before it appears.
  4. Export results as CSV, or share a link to send someone their own copy.

Customize your odds

Each starter entry has weight 1. Turn on Weights & colors to adjust its chance. An entry’s probability is its weight divided by the total weight of the eligible choices. Learn how weighted odds work.

Changing a color or spin speed does not change the winner. Read the selection rules.

Questions about the presentation order picker

Can a group be selected twice in the same order?

Fair Round prevents the same entry from being drawn again in that round. Duplicate labels remain separate entries, so check the list first.

How do I keep a record of the order?

Open Results history after the draws. Use timestamps to read the sequence and export the history if you need a copy.

Can I reuse the roster for another session?

Yes. Start a new round when you need a fresh order; the roster remains available on this device.
